Rick And Morty Redesign Animation

This was little group project I decided to do with a couple of friends. I went through the process of redesigning the character in ToonBoom Harmony. My next step was to rig and animate the character fishing. I then added my friends amazing background, did some final touch ups with the water animation effects. For the final step I added some copyright free lofi music to set the mood. Original character design by that_red_rabbit, Background design by hutchydraws.

Here is a recreation of the popular character Morty from Rick and Morty with a few Gnomey Touches. I first made sure I accurately kept to the style of the show and then designed the extra things necessary to bring to life my idea. Once I had finished the process of designing everything in Toon Boom Harmony, I then began the process of rigging him. After the rig was made with simple deformers and bones i moved on to animating him to the completed character animation. With the help of BlackDwarf Productions Background to create the final look of the animation.
